Hi,
Since your menstrual disturbance is seen only in this cycle after stabilizing with medication, it could be due to pregnancy, fresh hormonal disturbance or insufficient dosage. You may get a proper appraisal of the situation by performing a blood test for pregnancy and a trans-vaginal sonogram and contact your consultant; you may also need a hormonal profile repeated to see the fresh status. Hope this helps. Wish you good health.
