Missing Periods. Feeling Sick, Stomach Hard. Pregnancy Test Negative. Chances Of Pregnancy?

hi i got my tubes done 6 years ago for the last 2 half weeks iv been feeling really sick and i feel like i might be pregnant im due my period in three days iv never felt like this in a long time and just below my belly button my tummy has harden am i going crazy or could i be pregnant i did a test yesterday but it showed up negative

Thanks for writing to us.
Since your periods are not overdue, the urine test is not likely to be positive. Your symptoms may be due to a intestinal infection. Pregnancy is not a likely possibility. These are likely to subside after you have your periods.
