i have missed my periods this month and at 20th feb i got physical with my bf but didnt had a sex or a anthng i am suferring from excessive sleep back ache enlargement of breast extra fluid secretion i just wanted to know weather i am pregnant?

If you didnt have sex then there are hopefully no chances of pregnancy.
All your symptoms are seen in pregnancy but backache,enlargement of breast are also seen premenstrually.
Still if you have a doubt get your urine pregnancy test for confirmation.[in case you have handled semen and touched your vagina].
