Missed Period, Have Brown Discharge, Tiredness, Bloated Tummy, Hip Bones Visible. Been On Pills. Suggestion?

I'm 17 years old and I have been off the pill for three months now, I missed my first months period, and now my second and third have been weird! It's just a brown discharge with some blood in it. But really light, and only for 3/4 days! I sometimes forgot to take my pill and sometimes he did cum in me or he pulled out. I have started to get really tired after these three months and my belly seems bloated all the time, it's hard but sticks out, but my hip bones are visible and skinny? Can you please help me

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
If you have been taking the birth control pills regularly then the chances of being pregnant are not there. The delay in periods could be due to a post pill amenorrhea.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
