Migraines, urine incontinence, hand and foot pain. History of arthritis. Treatment?

I am having frequent migraines, frequency of urination and some incontenience, and hand and foot pain.I am 60 years old and in good health otherwise.I have seen a rheumatologist 4months ago who said i had arthritis in my hands but the foot pain was not occurring then nor the urinary problems. What do you think is going on?
