Migraines, Loss Of Energy, Swelling In Feet, Excessive Sleep, Dizziness, Blurred Vision. Is It B 12 Deficiency?

Hi, I'm 20 years old and my doctors can't figure out what is wrong with me. I'm completely at a loss of energy and all I want to do is sleep, I eat alot, I urinate about 5 to 10 or more times during the night and also a lot in the day time. I have major migraines, blurry vision, swelling in feet, and dizziness. My family has a b-12 deficiency, could that possibly be it? I'm so tired of feeling this way, I'm desperate! I fall asleep everywhere!
