Middle spine pain, back pain, spinal subluxation, chest pain, rib cage swollen and pains

i experience middle spine pain, back pain . Diagnosed with subluxation in spinal area (slightlly tilted to the right).Also, experiencing right side chest pain in localized area comes and goes. I can rub the right side of my chest and notice the pain increase with pressure . Right rib cage occasionaly feels mild pain and appears swollen (sticks out compared to left side).

Dear Madam,

It cannot be commented without seeing imaging and thorough examination , it could be probably due to spinal subluxation.
