I am 50 yrs old, a ejaculating feeling with burning sensation inside the pennis is always there. Siemen discharges at night almost every week.I have not been able to do sex due to uncontrolled ejaculation for many years. But no tratment is except some homeopathy medicine that did not help. I had my urine test also three months before. because i have doubt of siemen discharge with urine. but not found. Now i have major health peoblem like back pain, severe pain in my knees and burning feeling in the legs(below knees). Can you advice any medicine to stop the of loss of siemen and improve the control over ejaculation.
