Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of multiple tiny follicles in the periphery of the ovary suggests polycystic ovary.
However, polycystic ovary is usually bilateral.
The multiple follicles could be enlarged follicular cysts or simple systs which are normal structures in ovary.
Sometimes these structures are enlarged to form benign lesions.
There is nothing to worry about these structures.
However, you need to be vigilant regarding any abdominal enlargement or any other symptom.
Nabothian cyst is non-neoplastic lesion formed in the cervix due to inflammation.
These cysts are formed due to blockage of the cervical glands.

Thanks and take care
