Im 25 male and I mastrubate 6 times a week. I didn't have sex. Since 3 weeks I am having a itchy foreskin. My pubic hair were shaved so it was more intense. I had to press and rub the tip of my foreskin to get relief but the itch grew more intense. From last week I observed bumps on my foreskin just similar to a insect bite there are t three on my foreskin. Right now I have a bump on the top of my groin. I have decided to visit a doctor tomorrow but I am curious to know your opinion and suggestions. Thank you.

From history it seems that you might be having some infection on skin of penis giving rise to enlarge lymph nodes.
