Marrow Cavity Of Humerus Saw High Signal Intensity. Have Focal Subcortical Cystic Change. Suggest

Areas of low T1 and high T2 signal intensity are seen throughout the marow cavity of the humerus , campatible with red marrow reconversion. The acromion is type II in morphology. Mild capsular hypertrophy is seen the acromioclavicular joint , with mild degenerative changes to the distal clavicle . Focal subcortical cystic change overlies the anterior margin of the greater tuberosity/humeral head. Can you explain this in layman s terms. Thank you
