Radiologist 's  Response

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
It means that your intervertebral disc has come out a little bit on the right side and moving the nerve root which may cause some sensation in the your leg.
The disc bulges mean the intervertebral discs have moved a little bit posteriorly and which can compress on your spinal cord nerve roots and cause symptoms like tingling, numbness along your legs.
Facet joints are joints along the vertebrae. The arthropathy at facet joints is not of much significance.
You should be more worried about your disc bulges and try to take physiotherapy and do exercises which should help you.

Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
