Hello this is slightly embarrassing I have a lump under the skin of my cliterous its rounded and is slightly painful I have tried to pop it thinking it was just a spot but it was just a clear liquid coming out it is quite large and is worrying me quite a lot I would like your advice on what to do and how I can treat it thank you in advise xxx
