Lump on the rib. Pain while eating or drinking. Normal CAT scan and ultrasound scan report

I have been to the doctor and they can not find anything. There is an obvious lump undert the skin below the left rib on the abdomen . Its a constant dull pain but when i eat or drink it becomes works. like it wants to push further out. it feels better if i push on it .. like pushing it back in. I have had an CAT scan and Ultra sound with normal results.. i do not know what to do?? please help

hello sir dont worry , it could be lump that is lipoma (over growth of normal muscle). please consult with good surgeon.
