Lump On The Calf. Pain While Exercising. What Is The Cause?

i have a lump on my right calf, i have had it for around 6 years, but over the last two years, it starts to hurt after exercise/
it doesnt hurt while walking or anything, but as soon as i stop, it seems to stiifen and become painful.
From rubbing it and feeling the 'lump, i think something has pertruded through my calf? if this is possible.
please help
your help is greatly appreciated.

The pain along with a lump in the calf could be due to a muscle sprain in the area or a hematoma after an injury there. You need to avoid exercise and apply a crepe bandage with regular hot fomentation.
