I am a 40 year old female runner. Two years, I discovered a small lump in my left buttocks that my doctor thought was benign. She called it a deep tissue mass that was inflammed at the time. In the past month, I have found two more that are causing me pain. I can't see my doctor for a few more days. Could these be from wear and tear on my buttocks and hips or should I be concerned that they keep appearing?
