Lump Below Left Knee, Around Right Patella, Calcium Build Up In Tibia, Bone Lumps. Treatment?

I have a lump in the bone right below my left knee and know I ve noticed lumps in the bones around my rt. patella . What could cause this? Also it s painful when I m on my knees in the left knee area. I was told that it was just calcium build up in the Lt. upper tibia . Now I m not so sure since the rt. knee area bones are starting to have bone lumps.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query

First of all examination of swelling is required, whether it is localized or diffuse, superficial or deep, mobile or fixed, soft tissue or bony swelling.

After that if bony swelling is suspected, a x-ray is required.

So you have to visit an orthopaedic surgeon for examination of swelling, inv as required & treatment plan acc. to that.

Regards,
