Lump At Back Of Head, Headache, On And Off Pressure Like Ache In Head, Weight Loss. Suggest
I have found a lump at the back of my head, i have had a headache for a few days prior to the finding the lump, the pain is like pressure on the top of my head at the same side as the lump, when i wake up the pain is not there, but within an hour its back,however the pain has woke me from my sleep, i try to fall back asleep but with the pressure n hearing my heart pounding the only way i can fall back asleep is sitting up, i'v also noticed i have lost a lot of weight, i have been dieting but i was shocked when i noticed how much weight i'v lost, around 2 stone in 3 months

You need to be investigated for your headache, lump, as well as weight loss.
I would ask for thyroid profile, blood sugar, and also a brain scan to start with. Common causes of weight loss in a person with normal diet includes thyroid problems, diabetes and gut problems.
One additional condition to exclude would be cancer. If there are any doubts, a cancer screen would also be required.
For relief of headache, you can take ibuprofen or diclofenac tablets.
