Lower Back Pain, Have PCOS, No Periods. Pregnant Or UTI?

I went to the doctors today and they said that I have a Uti . My boons hurt really bad and so does my lower back. I have Pcos and I have not had a period in 6 years. Is there anyway I can be pregnant or is it just the Uti. I don t use protection but I m pretty sure I cant get pregnant cause I have not had a period in a real loncg time.
