lower back pain and adominal cramps 2 weeks 3 days after a d and c? i had a d and c for a threatened misscarriage the foetus died at 7 weeks 2 days and i was supposed to be 11 weeks on the d and c which was 14/3/2011 i have had abdominal and lower back pain all day i stopped bleeding 4 days after and had intercourse 2 days after that could i be pregnant? or what could the pain be? jade

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.it is unlikely you got pregnant so fast.The pain could be from the raw wounds in the lower genital tract or due to uterine cramps which is known to ocuur after abortion.
