Lower back pain, abdominal pain. On painkillers, temporary relief. Due to parasites from hot tub?

I m getting extreme pain in my lower back and abdominal/ribs area, it s been going on for about 6 days now and the only thing that subsides the pain is painkillers (which I stopped taking because I didn t know if it would make the situation worse even though it stopped the pain temporarily) Any help on what it could be would be appreciated, someone I know mentioned it could possibly be a parasite from a hot tub? But the last time I was in a hot tub was about a week ago, any feedback would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I guess you have muscle spasms. Try using external muscle relaxant emmolients, muscle relaxant tablets.
