Lower Back And Leg Pain. Diagnosed With Degenerative Artheristis. Cannot Stand For Long. Why?

I have been experiencing lower back pain (feels like Im slowly leaning/hunching forward like the elderly), I've been experiencing sharp pains in my inner upper thigh (groin), front of thigh near side and inner leg pain to my foot. I have been diagnosed with degenerative artheristis, but its not my hip that's constantly in pain, feels like my views.I have no visible varigus veins but it feels like I do, my upper leg is constantly hot, I can't stand too long, then when I sit I find it hard to walk! I'm in my 50's, brain functioning well, feel healthy but so disabilitated now with this thigh/leg pain.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
First of all this not the disease as you have stated here so called Degenerative Arthritis, it could be sciatica I would advise you to take rest sleep on any hard surface in supine position, try some NSAID Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice in day along with Omeprazole 40 mg one in day, you will have to be in bed at least couple of week even if it dies not subsided then it need investigation but I am sure it will be okay no need to worry have nice day.
