Lower Abdominal Pain, Blood In Urine, Nausea, Bloating. Any Ideas?

Greetings,
A friend of mine just texted me. Her partner - male 40's, suffering lower abdominal pain, blood in urine, nausea and bloating. (Pain is mobile, coming on and off, in left side, then moving to front). Some back pain as well.

Should he be admitted for a kidney panel? I'm thinking IBS or UTI. But I'm not an MD.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
Your friends partner male 40 yrs, suffering from lower abdominal pain, on left side and then to the front some back pain also, blood in urine, nausea, bloating.
It appears to be the urinary tract infection or stones in the urinary tract,if the pain or is in the lower abdomen. If the pain is in the upper abdomen it could be of kidney as well.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. He may need to have M.R.I.besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
