Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your concerns and your situation seems to be in a stage where you can seek help on your own will. I understand that you might have these suspicions for a reason, however you might be better off consulting a psychiatrist who can help you with these feelings. These feelings are common in certain conditions and you might need treatment if you have a disorder or therapy in the form of counseling if it is personality related. I hope you do so as soon as possible.

Take care and have a lovely day!
