Oncologist 's  Response
Dear Rebeccar,
The first problem is your heart rate which is thirty one. This is very low. you have not given the picture of regularty or irregularty of pulse. Possibly you are suffering from heart block and you are on Ventricular rythm. witjh this low heart rate all theses problems of fatigue , gen. weakness, shortness of breath, diziness, headache is apt to arise. confirm with your cardiologist again, if this is true you may need an urgent pace maker implantation.
Regarding blood in tthe stools , if it is fresh blood and forming a strrek on the stools you may be having piles, if the stool is frothy and blood and stool are mixed you have to rule out infection which mey be bacterial or amebic. you need a gatroenterologists check up.
