Low blood pressure, normal pulse, dizziness, GERD, drowsiness. Causes and treatment?

Hi, My blood pressure was taken in a pharmacy this morning and was 101/78 with a pulse rate of 71. I was feeling unwell and shaky at the time due to GERD and now, 3 hours later really just want to have a sleep. I would consider myself fairly fit and can run 6kM easily + some. I also do weights. My weight is 60 kg and I am female. Any ideas?
