Loud Stomach Sounds. Previous Stomach Flu. Advise?

My stomach has been making loud sounds rumbling and grumbling all day long since morning to night non stop. I had 3 meals today and i been feeling full definately not hungry my stomach hardly makes sounds unless im starving but im not ive ate well. I had the stomach flu for a couple days but its off now, could this have triggered sonething in my stomach?

It is quite likely that the recent bout of gastroenteritis is contributing to your symptoms and the bowel sounds you are experiencing should resolve within 1 to 3 days.

Bowels sounds are related to the pushing of fluid through the intestine and is also related to the bubbling caused by gas production.

In gastroenteritis there may be some overactivity of the gut that may cause increased noise.
