Losing sperms during sleep, immediately after starting sex. How to treat it?

I am facing 2 sexual issues...1)I am loosing sperms during my sleep regularly and 2)Loosing Sperms immediately when i start sex with my partner regularly,I am 34 years Male,Married and having 2 childrens...This problem being for a long time since my teenage...It is irritating me during sleep and mentally feeling bad on this...This is happening some time while on travel also...Pl suggest me an solution for this to come out...Any medicines or treatment is there? I am from INDIA...

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of getting Night Emission and Premature ejaculation since along duration.
It is not uncommon to have night emission during adolescence.but in majority of patient Premature ejaculation is mind related and due to anxiety.Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and delay ejaculation and stop getting night emission.
1) Practice regular exercise fior 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and vit A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
