Little Lump On Bicep. No Pain. History Of Starting Working Out. Continue Or Stop Working Out?
I have a little pea sized lump that is on my bicep and its been there for a week and a half and dont know what it is. Except the fact that I just started working out which says that it might be that....Do you think i can continue to work out with it or should i not and also....what is it. It does not hurt or anything its just...there
Happy to know you are doing workout. It is always a plus to keeping fit and maintaining good health. However, it should be progressive, increasing the workout sessions both in intensity and duration progressive not to overwhelm the body.
From your symptoms, I will not label this a muscle tear because it cannot be painless. my thoughts are that this has been there and just because visible as you have started working out and probably getting the muscle more contracted to expose anything under the skin. The most common cause of skin lumps is lipoma. My suggestion will be that you continue your workout as advised above, monitor this lump and report symptoms. If it should become bigger or painful, then please seek immediate medical attention.
