Leg And Foot Feels Twisting Inside And Painful. Had Sciatica. Taking Medication For Cramps. Underlying Cause?
When I walk I find that my leg and foot feels as though it's twisting inside it gets quite painful as well. I had back surgery 10 yrs ago and had severe sciatica in the same leg which was 90 percent relieved with the operation. However I continually get cramp throughout the night and take 2 medications for this but don't seem to make much difference any idea what's causing this

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Augustine Joseph's Response
Whats ur age? Did you have a protrusion or extrusion? What kind of surgery was done on your back. Are you working on your muscles? Are you doing exercises for the back? If not seek help from a physical therapist and get few exercises. Always lie in the side when you sleep and use a firm bed.
