Lately Smell Blood In Nose, No Nose Bleeds, Frequent Headaches. What Is The Cause?

I ve noticed a smell of blood, or iron maybe, in my nose lately. I wasn t able to put my finger on what I was smelling until these last couple days. It s gone on for about two to three weeks now but I am not prone to nor had a nose bleed . I ve had more frequent headaches lately and thought that could be a factor but I am not sure. What would cause this?

Hi,
From history it seems that due to cold and rhinitis there might be having soreness or small cut in your nasal mucosa giving rise to this particular smell and headache.
Now this soreness might have healed and so bleeding is not likely.
apply some antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
