Thus i advise you to do Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis for any cysts in ovary. It also helpful in rule out of fibroids in uterus, Abnormal uterus and other pelvic structures. If PCOS is confirmed, weight loss if are obese or overweight is the important. Hormonal imbalance also cause irregular periods.
