Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
A large lump under skin for more that one year suggestive for lipoma, or varicose vein dilatation, by better if your Doctor will make physical exam and ultrasound to clarify your condition. In meantime you may apply during your working hours elastic, crepe bandage.
I wish you good luck and speedy recovery.
Hope this helps and I have answered your query. If you have additional queries don’t hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
