Knee And Shin Area Pain, Swelling, Redness, Yellowish Bump. Express Concern Over It?

I hit the bottom of my knee socket to the left of my shin . I got a good egg right after it happened which was tender to touch. The next day swelling went down but there's a red mark just to the right and a red streaky bruise aprox 4inches below about 3in long x 1/2 in wide on my shin. Neither of the red marks hurts..the bump is down considerably and is yellowish already. This happened sat. Should I be concerned?

thanks for the query.
yes u should be concerned about your yellowish bump which could be a pus filled sac beneath the skin.
is your body temperature has any fluctuations?
if so that could b definetly pus.

go to your nearby surgeon and have some blood investigations done .
your doctor may keep a needle into the bump to know whether it is pus or not.
don't be frightened.
you will be absolutely fine after clearing the doubt.
