Itchy yellow crust on scalp, neck joint, front scalp, painful, bleeding scab on scalp. Relief treatment?

I have a yellow crust on the bit where my scalp meets my neck , as well as at the front of the scalp and around the ears. It isn t painful but itches a lot. I have a large scab on my scalp, which is different. It also itches but it bleeds frequently and hurts like hell. Ive tried shampoos to no avail, and I have no idea what it.
