Itchy Skin, Red Blotches, Sores On Feet, Skin Peeling. Used Degreaser Detergent. Allergic Reaction Or Chemical Burn?

I believe i have an alergic reation, or chemical burn on my feet due to a engine degreaser detergent i was using while wearing sandals, my skin has become itchy, red blotchy type sores on the arches of my feet, toes are raw, a couple layers of skin have come off. I noticed this about three weeks ago and symptoms have only progressed. If you have any advice, please and thank you.

Stop using that detergent,
Take some antihistamine like cetrizine.
Apply Vaseline on the part.
