Itchy, Red Rashes On Face, Feels Bumpy Skin. Using New Face Wash And Foundation. Could This Be The Problem?

hi i have woken with my face in a rash (well on the cheek, chin and under the chin) that no one can really see but i can feel my bumpy skin, it is itchy and some of my face is red with extreme dry patches one on the side of my face almost looks like a round cigarette burn . I have started using a new face wash and foundation, could this be the problem?

hi yes i think the red bumpy rash on the face can be use ur new face wash and foundation.first stop the face wash ,then use atarax 25 mg at night,antibiotic twice daily and application of calamine in the morning and a moisteriser aslong with flucort cream on the cigratte burn area and on peeled area
