The past few months i have noticed that every few weeks or so i will get a painful itchy rash (not to painful or to itchy but it is a constant annoyance) in my jock area that spreads around the bottom of my scrotum. During this time when the rash is there i shower and wash quite often but seem to always have a fishy smell. I'll add it is not on my penis at all but really in the creases of my thighs. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks
