Itchy Dark Patches In The Palms. Lower Back Pain. Kidney Infection?
I have itchy hard dark patches forming inside my palms ans the joints of my fingers. The patches get thick like callouses. I have cut and peeled somw patches on the fingers but the form again in a week. These started when my lower back pain was noticed. I think it is a kidney infection and possibly part of the issue. Is this coincidence?

The skin lesion you mention if present on the fiction places then they could be simple skin calluses but not anything related to the urine tract infection.
