Itchy Bumps On Arms And Dizziness. What Could This Be?

I have had a lot of small bumps up and down my arms the last few weeks that come and go. But tonight they are worse then ever. Itchy when they are here. Seems to be worse in the evenings. It's nothing in my house as I left for three days and I still got them. And I'm feeling a little dizzy.

HI

Since you have these lesions only over the arms, so I suspect an allergic cause.
This allergy can be due to sun or it can be due to any cream or soap that you are using.
Now wear full sleeved clothes as far as possible so as to avoid direct sunlight over the area.
Do not apply any creams or oil over it.
Do not apply any harsh cleansers or chemicals.
Use a sunscreen when going out.
Wear cotton clothes.
You might need to apply mild topical steroids to overcome the allergy.
