Itching In Calf, Swelling, Red, Painful. Cure For Symptoms?

yesterday my calf was itching at work and felt hot.today I woke up and went to itch it and it felt painful and swollen and was red with light bruising but now there's bruises all over my calf.big bruises and small ones all around the big ones.my calf is very tender and hurts.I didn't have any injury.the only other weird symptoms I have had lately is that I wake up with swollen hands.that's been going on for a month.I don't have health insurance I'm 28 years old and don't know what I should do or what these symptoms might be.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be haves, it will go away even without the treatment, if it does not go away within 24 hours then you could start the second generation antihistamine (Levocetrizine) would be best just a single tab. dose even if does not go away then you can start the steroid ( Dexamathasone ) is the right choice, but steroid rarely needed, have nice day.
