Itching In Arms, Chest, Bumps On Arm, Intense While Stressed. Advice?

I'm African American and I have suffered with itching of my arms, back and some times around my chest area. I have clusters of bumps mostly on arms. They do not have pulse or ooze or anything. But there are times when I'm stressed or nervous, my arms itch more. The bumps make arms look ashy. Once I start to itch, I start itching all over. The bumps are confined to the upper torso, mostly my arms.

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of ALLERGY -URTICARIA is the cause for your sufferings.

Allergies are defense system over-developed by the body to give warning that its metabolic system is unable to handle a substance in a normal manner

possible causes include;
1.STRESS of some kind-resulting in exhausted adrenals,which results in a reduction in the production of adrenalin and cortisone,which helps to counteract allergic reactions and is the first protection and main means of mobilizing the body's defense against allergic reactions and other disturbances caused by substances from outside.lack of cortisone will lead to a break down of the "homeostatic mechanism" or regulation mechanism.

2.DIGESTIVE INEFFICIENCIES,MINERAL and DIETARY IMBALANCES;intake of toxic materials etc lead to TOXIC LIVER and produce allergy
for ex; INADEQUATE PROTEIN BREAKDOWN;through weak pancreatic function and chronic irritation of ling of bowels,thus allowing undesirable substances to get into the blood stream leading to defensive reactions and possibly over-reaction.

3.CANDIDA infection is often an important contributing factor in the development of allergies.

I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
