Otherwise from the description it could be a lot of things. Hives or urticaria will have transient itchy edematous raised skin coloured or red rash in various shapes. They will appear at one place, disappear or flatten and appear somewhere else. Scabies will have tiny raised lesions and excoriations over hand web spaces, wrist, under arms, umbilical area, genital area and inner thighs. Hope this helped Take care
