Hi,

Your symptoms and the history of unprotected intercourse indicate a possibility of a sexually transmitted infection.

Post likely you suffer from a bacterial infection. Please consult your doctor, preferably a dermatologist and take a course of antibiotics. If needed a culture of the discharge may be done to know bacterial sensitivity.
You must not involve yourself in penetrative sex until you are cured. Please get your partner also seen by a doctor if possible.

Please use condoms for sex if you have multiple partners.

Hope this helps.
