Hello,
After evacuation of retained products of conception, there is some amount of discharge usually up to 2 weeks. In your case, the presence of bits along with yellowish discharge points in the direction of a possible incomplete evacuation. This situation needs a proper clinical evaluation and a trans-vaginal sonogram performed to confirm completion of the process of evacuation. The discharge also may be tested for any infection. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
