Does twisting the nose strongly to the right side for a long time cause Deviated Nasal Septum(DNS) towards the right side?

Most cases of deviated nasal septum result from some kind of trauma, either in the recent past or long forgotten such as in childbirth. Sometimes it can occur for no obvious reason.It is unlikely to have this simply by twisting nose
