Hello! Your urinalysis report is normal except for a ' faint trace' of albumin. Strictly speaking the kidneys do not allow albumin to be filtered into urine. However traces of albumin may be seen in healthy people after strenuous exercise, dehydration, high fever, and sometimes after a cold bath. As far as your report goes things appear in order - no need to worry. All the best!
