Is there any surgery to get rid of genital warts ?

i have genetal warts and genetal herpesfor the last 4-5 months what is the way to get rid of these disease hi doctor i have been struck by genital warts and genital herpes sice 4-5 months.i have been using medication since then.but unfortunately the problem is not over.half of my penis skin is more reddish in colour and often it is also struck by sum ulcer type sore and on the same portion genital warts have occupied thier have genital wart on the mouth of anus as well.what should i do get a surgery for warts or cotery,the size of penis warts is a litle huge.i really want to know the procedure to get rid of these problems

Genital Herpes is caused due to infection of the Herpes simplex virus, One Dose of Anti viral drugs is needed, the Genital wart are caused due to Human papilloma virus , electro cauterization or freezing or surgical excision is the treatment available... Once you get treated, change all your under garments and buy a new underwear, because the above virus will be surviving in the spore forms in the cloths which will re infect you, hence buy new ones....
