Is There Any Side Effects For Giving Montair 4 Mg Tablet To A 2 Year Old Child?

Hallo Doctor.Good afternoon. My baby is two years old now. He has fever with cough in every month .So his doctor recommended one tablet (montair 4mg)every day for six months . Now the course is continuing.Is there any side effects for this tablet ? Please clarify my doubts.

Montair is mopnteleukast which helps in reducing and preventing allergic symptoms
There are no serious side effects.
Very mild effects like dryness of mouth skin , nausea, vomiting
It is safe to take it continuously for even a year.
