The natural way to reduce weight is to reduce calorie intake and exert more. The formula is only and only meals and nothing but meals.no sweets and no cold drinks etc. Get diet that releases less calories after digestion but consumes more to get digested as brocolli etc. Keep bowel clean and exercise regularly. A safe medicine for this is medhohar guggul. Lemon juice with honey and hot water is also good.

Dear as I can see you have not mentioned your age , height and what complication you are mentioning , though toreduce weight in natural way you should have divided meals ie increase the frequency & reduce the volume ,drink plenty of water ,exercise regularly ,consult a good homoeopath for getting rid of you extra fat meanwhile you can take Phyto. Ber. Q 10 drops in a cup of water t.d.s. it would be better to take homoeopathic medicine under a homoeopath .
